• Clinical Scrub Set in Caribbean Blue
• Your Very Own Stethoscope, Blood Pressure Cuff, & Gait Belt
• State Certification Exam Fee

• Students Enrolled in the Hybrid Course  are Responsible for an Additional $20 Technology Fee, Making Total Tuition $1,290
• This Fee Cannot be Included in the Payment Plan

• Note These Items are NOT Included in Program Cost and are the Responsibility of the Student
• Physical Exam & Mandatory Clinical Compliance Requirements
• Background Check (Livescan Fingerprinting)
• Healthcare Provider CPR Certification
• Watch with a Second Hand (must obtain before clinical)
• Wipeable White, Grey, or Black Close-Toe Shoes (must obtain before clinical)

• Tuition and fees must be paid as specified in the enrollment agreement
• All payments should be in the form of cash, check, money order, or credit card
•  A 3.5% processing fee will be charged for all card payments
• A $30 fee will be charged for a returned check due to NSF (non-sufficient funds). 
• The registration fee, tuition fee, material cost, and books are subject to change at any given time. Information regarding any price adjustments will be publicized to all students promptly
•  A price increase will not occur once a student completes enrollment

• Payment options are available for all students who are self-pay. Students may pay in full, or in 3 installments
•  No interest will be charged to students choosing to utilize the installment plan
•  All remaining balances must be paid prior to the student taking the final
• exam
•  No certificate of course completion will be issued until all balances are paid in full
• Tuition and fee delinquency will result in automatic program withdrawal, regardless of the time and course lessons the student has completed
•  A separate Payment Plan Agreement must be signed by the student and parent/guardian for students under the age of eighteen
